spray paint

I am looking for spray paint with dark glow...for instance: i dont want the paint to be notice in the daylight.but i want it to show glow from dark outside or inside whatever...does this make sense? Anyone know the name of paint spray I can buy? and where to buy?

Yea, I have lot of fun with my neices and nephews! I love them dearly and they are like my babies...I miss them so much since they all live in Texas..

About stores I don't know.. how about some craft stores,
or maybe print our the name and info from the paint site, and show it to salesperson at paint shops etc..??
