Another one of my favorite series in my collections. Freaking awesome. It's about a young Clark Kent struggles to find his place in the world as he learns to harness his alien powers for good and deals with the typical troubles of teenage life in Smallville.

In October 1989, a huge meteor shower destroyed most of the town of Smallville, Kansas. This event brought Jonathan (John Schneider) and Martha Kent (Annette O'Toole) what they have always wanted, a son they named Clark (Tom Welling). In 2001, their son is becoming a man, who has two best friends, Pete Ross (Sam Jones III) and Chloe Sullivan (Allison Mack), and a crush on the hottest girl in school, Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk), not to mention a budding friendship with future nemesis Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum). But his parents have been hiding a secret from him: they found him inside a spaceship when the meteor shower came. As he begins to develop his powers and discover more abilities that will soon transform him into Superman, Clark begins to take on his mantle as the Man of Steel.

Let's hear your options and review about this and why. Smallville is better than the Superman movies.

Great show :) I haven't watched it for a while.

I've been wanting to watch Seasons 5 and 6.

I LOVE this show but last season and this season seems to be a little slow and boring. But now we finally get to see Lex turn to the dark side.

I heard there will be another season but Lex and Lana won't be on it (will be on for a few shows but later in the season - they'll be leaving).

I'm finally catch up, I already seen 1st season but miss alot after season. I rent thry Netflix to catch up whole Season 2 to rest of that.

I used to watch Smallville a lot during the first season. I missed a lot during the later season due to time conflicts with classes, work, and meetings... plus they changed the days of the week it was showing.

Now, I have all seasons on DVD. :)

The same goes for Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis.
