Sisters Battle to keep their hearing, sight

If the writing samples that I've seen of my hearing peers at work are any example, I can believe it.

Sometimes I wonder if they only write well when they write a report or cover letters and such.

Well, we should take more care with our professional writing than with our informal letters and such. Just as we are more careful with our verbal communication or our signed communication on a professional level. When we are communicating casually with our friends, we all slip a bit.

Some of people weren't college grads and it's likely many of them have no idea how to write well based on what I've seen.

Those who write well will slip up a bit in informal letters but there's a pattern that tips me off if they can read and write well.

I am just glad 50% of my FB has decent English.

The 30%, who are in university or want to become doctors and so on, with bad English makes me want to drive a nail through my right eye.

X 2!

I get this deer in the headlights look when I see something like that. If they want to post something for everyone to see, damn well better use proper english.

Who here finds it incredibily ironic that pro oral only advocate/brainwashed by oralist dhh claim that oral only kids have more access to the "mainstream but in their next breath, they start complaining that there's no real accomondations for oral deaf people out there?
