:bump: If you want me to. :)

MOD: If it is not good to post then PM me, I will understand

im a member of several different forums -- both deafie and hearie so it really doesnt make any difference to me if im making posts on forums or in IMs chattering away

Hi,

I'm only interested in ' Deaf ' forums because people would be more understanding what it like to be me and I would feel more comfortable....I'm more interested finding a forum where I would fit in, but I haven't found any other beside this one where I can feel at home and being comfortable around with like it is in here...The owner Alex, mods and the members are really friendly, also, I made some GREAT friends too....so, I am sticking with this forum here in AD.... :thumb:

I've joined a couple of hearing sites -- one is based on a favourite TV show of mine. ;) But most of the forums I've registered with are with deaf forums. :)

Whew... I think my sentance is no sense.... It come to my mind and wonders. I want to see your opinions, etc... :)

I reged with some of the hearie forums and the Deaf forums and i like diversity, it really makes no matter to me and keeps me busy and like we always say life's an edcuation and everyone's different opioion can be attracting or challenging :)

I have registered in other forums as well.

I once registered to a forum dedicated to Survivors when Chrissy Smith was in that programme. It was neat sharing ideas and perspective with deaf and hearing fans of Survivors about Chrissy Smith.

I am registered and regularly visit 3 German language forums. One of the forum is for deaf and hard of hearing Germans. It allows me to practise my German, and to make sure that I don't lose my skills in that language.

I used to be a member of DeafFrance, but lately, it has not been very active.

I am also a member of a few travel forums and gay/lesbian forums.

That's about it. Most of my better friends came from the deaf and HOH forums though.

I am a member of a few deaf forums, a few video gaming forums, a few computer forums, and a few other various forums. I'm a moderator of another forum and have been a moderator of that forum for four years. :thumb:

That great to know each of you had other forums to compare.. interesting to read about.

This is one of my favorite sites to visit. I used to visit the Ms. Magazine boards, but they apparently lost my ID in a board crash, so I stopped posting there. Now they took them down as part of a revamp of the site. If they ever come back I might start posting there again. I am a member of She-Net, which is a very cool disabilty/feminist/political community. It grew out of Chickclick which was very popular a few years ago. (but it shut down for some odd reason) I lurk at a few other sites, but am too busy with e-mail(am on ten billion listservs) and real life to get involved in any other forums.
