My dad came across an application for his iPhone. He also added it to my mom's iPod Touch.
The application is Sign 4 Me. (Yep, it's '4' in there.)
Anyways, it's like a sign language dictionary. You type in the word and the 3D generated animation of a guy will sign that word for you. If the sign for that word is unknown, he will sign it out for you instead.
Anyways, I'm asking if any of you have seen or tried this application yet.
What do you think of it?
My opinion? It's nice, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is trying to learn ASL. Most of the signs are in ESL (English Sign Language), but it could be helpful if you're just learning signs for one word instead of full phrases.
