It should work.
It functions as a simple directory style.
You have several folders. You simply put your specific files in those specific folders and you're done. If your Linux does that, you should be fine.
The problem with Macs is that they include additional files that render those directories (or folders) useless on a Sidekick. Ever notice how you save files to a PC disk on a Mac, then open it on a PC... what do you see? You see extra hidden files that shouldn't even be there.
Well, my friend tried doing the file thing on her Mac with her SK3... it rendered her memory card useless. She lost access to her music, pictures, etc. She had to access her SK3 from a PC at work and delete all of those hidden Mac files to make her memory card useful again. :roll:
