I dont know how many of you have eaten lobster - it's REALLY hard to remove flesh from shell.. it's tough and it's pain in the butt to remove it.

This machine literally shucks everything from the shell and you get it whole! It's amazing!

Taking the meat out of the lobster is half the fun. I don't like the looks of that naked lobster. Ugh!

When we were kids my dad used to take us out to restaurants for lobster dinners. He used to tease my younger brother because he would order "lazy lobster;" that was lobster that was already scooped out of the shell. My dad believed that even kids should know how to eat lobsters properly. :lol:

Of course, lobster salads, lobster bisque and lobster rolls were OK to eat without shells.

I believe my method of shucking shrimp is perfect but I'd like to know how to shuck lobster easily. I use hammer, "nut cracker", ripping, etc. :mad2:

Do tell us how you do it!!!

A hammer! Good grief, you don't want to turn it into mush! :lol:

Just use your hands, the nut cracker, fork and little pick.
 
it said that under that pressure, it kills bactera.. i think it should be used to treat salmon, tuna, etc and render them safe for raw consumption. I love them raw. Also oysters!

that's what I do but it's just not easy. I'm wondering if there's efficient way to shuck it :hmm:

I's kind of hard to explain. It's better to demonstrate it hands on. Maybe you can find a youtube demonstration.

Basically, break off the bigger sections first, then break them down further.

And wear a bib. :lol:

I just finished watching a few youtube clips. hhhhmmmmm looks like next time - my lobster experience will be more delicious! *drooling*
