yeah i did watch this show and its good show but im sure shaq give teenagers lose weight and exercise and no playing games,computers,etc.
im sure mostly teenagers have hard times to eat lots as overweight at 200lbs or 300lbs but need eat least but im sure teenagers need getting away from tv,games,whatevers.
im not joking about teenagers but im suggestion get ass out of chair,bed getting exercise kept lose weight how you gain as weight or you still overweight no dwell the foods from cabinet or ref.
i had hard time getting lose weight myself because i got overweight but im least weight but im now 382 pounds but i always love fast foods very much but i must eat least fast food not too much! but i always drink lots of water,pop soda like include diet coke,diet pepsi or you would drink any types of diet soda what you drink as flavors on pop soda.
im sure mostly teenagers need least eat like fruit,vegetables and also drink lots of water everyday but no drink pop soda!
