In Vancouver, Washington where I am in, the winter can be very cold and always have hard time to get the snow due to the rainforests and the ocean, so we get the freezing rains instead which the water become frozen when it touch the ground. Last winter we don't get the snow, except for some of snowfalls, but they have hard time to get on the ground because too wet, but unlikely Feburary which we usually get sunny days and alittle warmer compare to December and January.
Spring has lot of rains, especially March which we get the rains everyday till April the rain finally sharing with the sun so we got rains and sun switching around most of the days and get more warmer temperature till May, the temperature going up more and the days of rains become lower.
Then the summer, in June, sometimes have the rains but have more sunny days and more warmer, till July the rains finally disappear nearly complete and the most hottest month of the year, then August, the rains start come back, but still not alot.
Lastly, the Autumn, during September, the weather usually are still alittle warm as August and the rains start come by around alittle more, and then October, the temperature start going down even more and got alot of fogs, and the November are just too cold and not really alot of rains except cloudy days.
