Rambler American in the junk yard

I don't want a car that will go only 9mph. (look at the dash.)

I worked on a motor like that one once, and it wasn't a joyful experience.
 
Nash Rambler in the mid-1950s until AMC used it to create the Rambler American.

Same here. My dad was an electrical engineer, inventor, and shade tree mechanic. He started out with farm tractors in his youth, then Indian motorcycles after WWII. His specialty during later years was restoring Imperials (models prior to Chrysler buying out the company). He liked the land yachts with loooong tail fins. :lol:

Hubby is also mechanically inclined, so I've been spoiled. ;)
