Thanks for clarification, I was so tired last night from long day. My mistake this part. No, can not change phone number on VP-200. Need to contact Sorenson Tech support office in order to change Phone number.
I got this information about vp-200 portable though Sorenson Tech support crew. They already told me it is not recommended. Feel free call em, and they will explain to you.
The real reason behind this with phone number not able to change easily on your own with VP-200 is because of past abuses with prank calls, and other calls that is made anonymously. Sorenson have decided to stop this, Sorenson got no way to trace any calls, SorensonVRS respects your privacy therefore they don't record any calls, period. That is the problem when it comes to prank calls. You still can change easily on VP-100, however Sorenson really don't like this at all, so is victims of prank callers.
