Question about right to privacy

Oh wow, it already happened on social networking when people tell someone is stealing, raping, attacking, threatening, killing, etc and usually I see like that is false accusation. That's just type of drama.

It isn't good place to tell on social networking (like FB) if accusation turns to be truth and let police deal with that, also they need evidences too.

See, that is another thing you will learn as a parent......The mother is very much a victim too. Assuming the allegations are true, of course.

and that's why I don't have a short hindsight like you.

this man can be very much a victim too... in a worst position assuming that allegations are untrue, of course. false accusation is a very very destructive thing that can happen to a person. and a very very easy way to destroy a person if you're a vindictive person.

like I said - don't encourage nor advise a person to go around accusing a somebody, pulling a "oh poor me!" victim card to gather a crowd and garner some sympathy votes and attention because of perhaps lack of evidence. Just leave it to police and court to deal with it. the only advice you should be giving is - call a cop. every person has a right to due process... even Sandusky. Sandusky was found guilty in the court of law and now he can be treated as a guilty pedophile. I will not be a party to vigilantism or pitchfork mob and assume every accused man is Sandusky.

JoeyDeafNinja did a right thing - "where is the proof that he molested children?"

I don't even need to be a parent to understand this. What you're saying is comical. You don't know anything about this. I don't either. That's why I'm not even going to sympathize or even believe her. Simple - don't get involved. don't encourage nor advise a person to accuse.

but would you advise and encourage a person making an allegation and risk a legal consequences? I wouldn't.

FYI - this is not a victim we're talking about. this is just a mother saying that he molested her children.
"Just" a mother?

Like I posted, if it's a false allegation, then the poster will have to face the consequences (such as being sued for libel).

If it's a true accusation, then other parents will be grateful for being warned.

being sued for libel is nothing compared to being accused for child molestation. not even close. being accused for child molestation is in fact extremely destructive and mostly unrecoverable. it's an absolute horror.

you get cut off from your friends and families... and you lose a job and possibly your home. and you'll continued to get shunned by public - no matter if you're innocent. this drives an innocent person to deep depression and eventually suicide.

If it's a true accusation, then other parents will be grateful for being warned.
I still would never advise or encourage a person to publicly accuse a person especially when it comes to child molestation.

I'm not going to play with "if" game. That's a very dangerous game.
