why we humans have belly button but not puppy or any other animals?

How do puppies live in Dog's womb and how do they get food without
any umbitical cord?
 
Yes, puppies do have belly buttons. Cats and many other animals too.

That is right.. it fade away when it get older, but you can feel the bump...
 
the humans always have the bellybutton ALL THEIR LIVES that is where the umbilical cord come from we are so different from animals

with animals it faded when animals get older
with the humans it stays with us all our lives even though we die with bellybutton
on us
