Members, please keep Peachylady in your prayers today, her long time and best friend since they were very little is possibly down to her last hours on earth. Please pray for encouragements, strength and peace for PL and her friend, family, deaf friends....

This is a truly difficult and emotional time for PL....PL, your friend is in my prayers and my thoughts will be throughout this difficult and trying time, keep in mind that 'He' IS with you and her always!!

Thank you. Need everyone's prayers for my best friend also for me too because Im deeply grieving of losing her. She will be in God's Hands when it's time. I don't know how long it will be...maybe months or maybe much shorter time. It is God's time, not ours.
 
I recently lost a dear aunt to cancer, I know exactly what you're going through. She will be in my prayers, the best thing to do is be there with them until their last minutes on earth. My aunt, a week before she died she knew it was time and asked me to come be with her and I came on Friday, she passed away on Wednesday. *hugs from Alabama*

I will pray for your friend, her family, and you. I will pray the Lord give you all comfort and grace for this difficult time. I will pray that He also give relief of pain for your friend.

i am so sorry about your best friend :(

i lost my best friend from childhood to breast cancer in dec of 2003 and my speech therapist in '92... she was like a mom to me... those were the hardest times of my life...

hang in there girl... at least she wont be suffering anymore (sigh) life is not always fair :( :hug:

Prayer to Eliminate Despair

Dearest Mother and Father God, my despair feels like a tangible force, so engulfing that it encompasses my thoughts. Knowing this and in the acceptance of it, allow me to ride it through and come out on the other side, brighter and unscathed.
I realize that reaching the depths of my soul's sorrow is a ferocious lesson, but i will, with Your mighty sword, triumph over my pain, loss, and suffering. I will see Your Golden Sword cut through the cobwebs of my mind and bring light to my desert.

you dont have to say it, if u dont want to. but its there to help u out with ur grieving. i know that its hard to lose someone to cancer..and u know that i know its hard.
 
Prayers for your friend, her family and yourself. May your friend have dignity, peace and comfort. May her family and friends find courage, peace and strength.

Big big :hug: to you Peachy. I am so sorry about your childhood friend. This has to be the hardest time of your life right now, because she is like family to you. Be strong for her Peachy, she needs your strength right now. I will keep your friend in my prayers, and you too Peachy. When you go and spend time with your best friend, talk about the memories you both shared together, this will give her so much comfort and happiness to know that you have been there for her in the beginning and in the end. My friends.. here is my :grouphug: Some of you went thru same thing that I did and understand how I feel. Thanks for your prayers as it means a lot to me for my friend. I will let you know when the suffering has ended for my friend. She will always be in my heart and mind for as long as I live. I have already written her a letter last week with lots of memories in it about our growing up together. She truly enjoyed the letter so much, which I was thankful to have sent it to her early enough for her to enjoy it. Tonight someone told me that she told her alot about what happened when she and I grew up. We sure went thru a lot, had lots of laughs, mischievous, and went to many places together. Life is short for some people...so enjoy your friends and don't waste your time being so angry at some people. We don't know how much time each of us really do. I wasn't expecting this to happen to my friend so soon.

i lost my friend of 20 years last year very suddenly she was my old teacher and mentor
i miss her very much
