Postal Worker Accused of Dumping Mail in Trash

OFC he was fired, BUT the investigation is still ongoing and can lead to charges against him and/or anyone involved. Usually they don't arrest and arraigned right away until investigator gets enough evidence to support in the court.

So, that scumbag is not off the hook yet.

Moore was let go by the Postal Service in June. He pled guilty to the misdemeanor and under the plea deal, will not serve jail time, but did agree to never again try to get a job with the federal government

you're acting like it's a omfgwtf major serious federal crime when in fact it's nothing. just a misdemeanor. a spank on the wrist. nobody's going to jail.

that's not how it works in legal case. it's very semantic and specific all the way down to a period and comma. that's why it's not a serious case.

I would prefer that he kept it so that it would lead to theft or mail fraud which carriers a more serious penalty plus jail time.
