Police Say Dad Tried To Sell Infant Daughter

GRAND CHUTE, Wis. -- A Wisconsin man is in jail after police accused him of trying to sell his 18-month-old daughter.

The couple solicited to buy the baby helped lead police to the 37-year-old Green Bay man, who hoped to pocket $6,000 to $8,000.

Police in Grand Chute said the man was arrested Wednesday night following a three-day investigation.

District Attorney Carrie Schneider said the man will likely face charges of child neglect and unauthorized placement for adoption. The child was taken into custody by the county Department of Human Services.

Grand Chute police Officer Aaron Schellinger said the allegation was reported to Appleton, Wis., police Monday by mutual friends. He said Grand Chute police got the case because the person who was going to buy the child lived there.

He said the child's mother is in Milwaukee.

I never could do that. Once you are married then have children. That is for life. The children are there to be loved and that is a big responsiblity for life. God holds you accountable. I am sure the inmates are giving him hell for selling his daughter and the prison guards are gonna give him hell too. Remember there are many inmates that are fathers themselves and they love their children very much even though it may not seem like it is but they do love their children very much then they have somebody like that come to live in or near their cell, that would make them very angry to no ends and probably end up killing him and nobody will care unless the bleeding heart liberal establishment got involved for a dumb cause carrying banners and protesting at the prison gates. The big house warden and the prison guards will not give a flying f***.

:jaw: :madfawk: :pissed: :crazy: :sure: I cant believe it! Poor 18 mths old baby...this baby will grow up feeling rejection and emotional as well...lets hope the adoption parents won't mention about being abandoned until after the baby grows up! I love children so much and they are precious to me!

I wonder if the father kidnapped and tried to sell the baby without mother's knowledge? Maybe the mother was looking for the baby? :dunno:

I never heard the father takes custody of the baby..only the mom...:confused:
 
The father is such an idiot. I felt so bad for the baby when she get older and find out that her father was trying to sell her!


Alot of parents didn't care abt their kids. All they do is abandon them or kill them. I don't understand why they didnt WEAR damn condom to protect to get pregnant.
 
I am wondering if he ever worked in the selling of his babies for his business in the past. It would be better off for him to be in the hell than living in the prison.
 
:mad: What an awful thing for this father to do!! His own child? Selling it? For the love of money? That is his flesh and blood!!! I pray this child will be adopted by a wonderful and caring family so she will never know what kind of a past she had with her former father. I hope that man gets what he deserves for placing money more important than his own daughter.

True.. AWWWW, we are living in this same world! You know.
 
You would be suprised of HOW many children were sold in the middle east especially afhagstian (sp?) usually infants to toddlers were sold for more money because they were too poor and shit like that...you would see alot of mothers and fathers begging for money and showing their children in public to sell them and shit like that its pretty pathetic, but just be glad that we aren't as poor as those countries are like that because we dont sell that MUCH children here in america like that...just give them away to adoption is all we could do to make our lives easier.
