You realize this was a tiny town, right? No guarantee that there are even women on the force there. If so, odds of women being there at the moment were pretty slim. Not sure men female cops could have handled a woman that size.

all hell let lose if did that here rightly or wrongly and it be woman who would sue..altho i sure cops do use unesseccary force here just not daft enough do it on camera

OMG no female cops i thought no touch law in states....if got ccctv i thought be able to afford female cop,i think saw one on the film.
she may been lard arse but the cop looked like that to..people skills what cop needed

yes they can. just that they can't perform a pat-down on opposite sex unless there's no female officer.
