plane crashed in austin

Someone said that a small airplane crashed Thursday morning into a building in Austin, Texas, not far from Texas School for the Deaf said Deaf Witness Paul (no last name). He was walking and saw the black smoke pouring out of the building. 2 minutes later a long ladder fire truck was rushing in front of him. Paul said he remembered someone who is Deaf working at that building. He wonders if the Deaf employee is still working there. He did not see the plane flying really low. Also there is FBI building right next to the one it hit.

The last time I read about this incident was about 6 hrs ago. Why are you looking into this too much? His rambling note and couple of details were already enough for me to close a case on him. He was just an angry angry angry angry American who wanted to blame everybody especially IRS for his life-gone-shit. Nothing more, nothing less.

Where is the anti-Obama / insufficient homeland security comments? I am, quite frankly, disappointed there are no links showing the connection betweem Obama and this attack.

How would Homeland Security stop a guy that has snapped??

Now if he was on a no-fly list......then there might be a problem. Also, how did he get to the plane?

But Jiro, you see, he had a clear intention to kill as many people as he could when he flew into that federal building.

But miraculously, no one but him died. But his intention is clear.. he wanted to kill people, only that he didn't succeed.

That act of violence is never acceptable.

so the man did Jewish synaggogue shooting is a terrorist too? and Virginia Tech shooter was a terrorist too? and Columbine School shooters were terrorists too? All of them have expressed anger at very specific thing. All have made planning for it.

Ok, let's see... violence is an act of terrorism so we know Joe did that.

Psychological impact and fear - we know that he's doing it for a psychological impact.

Political goal - we know he already wrote a manifesto for that - bombing a federal building with a plane that has accelerant fuel

killing civilians - we know he has every intention to kill innocent people

So, why is it not considered a terrorist attack considering that his manifesto is clearly idealogical?

Suppose he killed 100 people, is he considered a terrorist? Suppose we change his name to Mohammad and does it in name of Allah, is he considered a terrorist?

It never even occurred to me that he might be connected to the Tea Party and yes, I have read his manfestio. As far as I can tell, he doesn't appear to be connected to them. 'Course, I could be wrong.
