Peyton Manning joins Denver Broncos

I hear he's gonna get something like 5 years/95 million to end his career.

Sure wish the Jaguars would have gotten him....now we're eyeing Tebow....

Not bad idea, I dislike Tebow because of his personality.

Well, whatever ur reasons are for disliking Tebow, that's ur problem! He's very, very well-liked in Florida and a multi-talented football player....and he's also a Christian and ain't nuthin' wrong with that!

No doubt about your attitude and that's your way about describe of him.

That's not my problem and he's homophobia, that's his problem.

No problem, I have proof.

"It Gets Better" is a project that was started by newspaper editor and journalist, Dan Savage and his husband Terry Miller. The project was created as a way to prevent the massive amount of teenage suicides brought on by bullying because they were gay. Many celebrities, athletes and MLB teams have signed on to the project to stand up to bullying and for the rights of LGBT Americans, especially those who are younger. Savage and his husband tried to get the Denver Bronocs and star quarterback Tim Tebow to do the same, but like other NFL teams, they declined.

The former Florida Gator Tim Tebow has received the attention of the entire country over the last few months with come from behind wins and non-stop talk about his religion. Over the years, Tebow has made it very clear where he stands with his religious beliefs and he has become a major topic unlike any other athlete in history. His fans and the media have made Tim Tebow the topic of conversation from sun rise to sun set, so while seeing his popularity rise, the "It Gets Better" project tried to benefit from his popularity to endorse their project against bullying. Getting someone who is identified with the Christian religion to speak out against the bullying of LGBT teens would open a lot of eyes, the problem is that the Denver Broncos and their star player won't sign the pledge. It's not that hard to dig back into the past to find out why a team with Tim Tebow as their leader won't endorse a project that stands up for LGBT civil rights.

I have zero respect for Tebow, anyway.

That proves nothing. So what if he chooses not to do a commercial? I'm sure he has turned down many. Tebow is famous for not giving an opinion on the topic. Let's just get back on topic.

I said he's obviously homophobia because he doesn't join the video to support gay teenagers who suffered from bullying and he does involve with Focus on the Family.

That why I dislike him so both of you and RR don't force me to support him.

Otherwise, I disagree with you so let move on.

For Peyton Manning, he has been in NFL for very long time, prior to surgery and I have no opinion about him. I wish him a good luck to play as quarterback.

Foxrac - I think you should tone it down with your GLBT belief. there's a difference between homophobia and different view. you should know that if you want people to tolerate you and GLBT, then you need to tolerate people disagree with homosexuality.

Just because a person does not agree with homosexuality doesn't mean he's homophobic. homophobic is the one with expressed disgust toward homosexuality and may have a hatred toward homosexuals.

you cannot keep on hating everybody who do not agree with homosexuality. if you want people to respect GLBT, then you have to respect theirs too. the only type you should dislike is homophobic people, not people with different opinion.

so if there is a Presidential candidate who does not agree with homosexuality but does not hate homosexual people or have no problem working with them, then that's ok but what's not ok is a homophobic Presidential candidate.

so what if Tebow is not comfortable with homosexuality? that doesn't make him homophobic. or what if he has different idea to stand by against bullying? or maybe what if he disagree with the project's idea?

Ok, that's fine.

I have good news - Tebow is no worse than Maggie Gallagher so that's good thing for professional quarterback.

Final, I rather to say nothing about Tebow at first place, except for say something about Peyton Manning.

Having schizoaffective is really killing me.

I'm sorry to hear that but I know once in a while, someone has to remind you to steer your car back on the road (metaphorically).

you're doing alright.

I guess journey is out there on whether Payton lives up to his contract.

As for Tebow, I'm sure that the team that gets him will be happy to have him.
