she must staying in jail till 40 days! i cant believe her! but she is rich girls! but she can afford everythings include attorney and her enjoy from funds and lots of mores! but she must staying at jail!

mostly celebration same movie stars,music stars can staying at rehab how long will be about 30 days or 6 weeks dues DWI,abuse,etc but im not think music stars or movie stars will staying at jail they fines as bonds.
 
I am not surprised Paris is out of jail already. I'm a CA native. California is notorious for strict laws. Celebrities and others who commited crimes didn't stay very long because the prisons are overcrowded. CA government is forced to release prisoners early than original dues. It is reality. Governor Schwarzenegger just signed a $7.4 billion bill that will add over 50,000 beds and rehab programs. I recall vaguely CA's state prisons currently hold over 180,000 convicts, nearly twice the system's capacity. Why do you think CA has the largest population than any state? lol
 
She got out due to medical reason so she's staying at her home with monitoring ankle bracelet for 40 days. Not because it is overcrowded.
 
she got home detention,shouldn't that be punishment enough!! what with the buttlers,chefs,maids,massers etc etc,what can i do to get sent away!!

Yeah and according to CNN.com, it says she was refusing to eat much of the foods that were provided at the jail.

Of course, the medical issues were not divulged to the public because of the privacy rules and all that. I had to wonder, What if she uses the food refusal as an excuse for the so called "medical" reason? If that was the case then I say, it's rubbish to make it out to be a valid reason for her to be placed on a home arrest.

right.. I was like WTF even after all the partying, booze, sex, etc we know of what Paris has done. and she get out for medical reason! sheesh!

OR she's going thru withdrawal from those stuffs?
 
Exactly. That's why LA County sheriff used medical "excuse" to release her. I would not trust him. He is way too soft. It is not the first time He did it. He will use any excuse to release convicts. I know a friend whose father is a prison guard. It is pretty overcrowded. Each cell originally hold 2 cell mates, but it currently holds 4 convicts or more and they have to sleep on the floor. He is under stress constantly to make sure the riot is under control due to overcrowded cell mates. I don't care if it is overcrowded or not. Paris Hilton should be belonging in the cell because she violated the law. Plain and simple. If Sheriff Joe Arpaio controls the LA country jail, he would not release Paris Hilton. Sheriff Joe Arpaio mentioned that his prison is a bit overcrowded, that's why the convicts spend outside all day and night. Paris Hilton should know that the jail is not the Hilton!

It is possible that she is going through a great deal of withdrawal from those stuffs.

See, This is what I don't get - Paris keeps saying she has learned her lesson and admitted that she has made a great deal of mistakes when she faced the judge in her previous hearings. Yet, She still kept going on and did it anyway. That tells me she didn't really want to face the consequences and is trying to weasel her way out of this, who knows?

I've heard two different news reports which indicated two different medical reasons. One stated that Paris had a rash and the other a nervous breakdown/depression (crying, panic attacks, refusing to eat, etc.). Reports also said that Paris was seen by a psychiatrist who made the latter diagnosis.

I see. This is new to me. I haven't heard of the tidbit that you have.

I just still don't see why this is a good excuse to let her out of the jail and to be placed on a home arrest because certainly, if it was a rash - it can be simply treated by a doctor. I am sure the correction facility has the doctors on the site and could prescribe her some kind of treatment for the rash.

Now, A nervous breakdown/depression might be the sensible reason but that still is not excusable for her to be let out of the jail because certainly, again, the correction facility has psychiatrists on site as well.
