Today I fell on my butt on my front steps outside. Dang that is hurt and I am bruise and swell too. Having hard time to sit. :rofl:

awww poor ya lol .. I have been there when I fell off the stairs twice in few years ago yeah yeah poor me too lol hahahaha .. it was sore lol :lol: hope you get better :D
 
Oh yes the steps can be icy... best to have salt spread on them and etc... it would help to crack up the ice so it can melt... and etc...
 
Ruh Oh! It's not fun to feel the pain afterwards. If the pain persists after few days, it'd be safe to get yourself checked up with your physician.

Take it easy and in time you'll heal. ;)
 
Try a heating pad to help you out with the pain. I agree with Jolie do check with your physcian if any fractures or bruises that can be healed. Get well soon
 
i fell on my back on the front step few weeks ago after ice storm i had and the steps were so icy i got bumps and bruises all over of my lower back. and oh my god it hurts like hell
i am still stiff but getting better now
i hope you are feeling better
 
I also forgot that when I fell and my blackberry broke. So I had to get it replace. Man it is hard without it for a while.
 
OUCH that sucks have to replace whenever our pagers breaks smh
i know what is like to have broken pager my pager did broke in 2006 blah had to replace it so i know what is like

uh oh broken your blackberry ?? are you gonna funeral for your blackberry? lol :lol: .. but ouch it broken :( and also good thing you gonna replace it the blackberry :). I understand that you couldnt without your blackberry :)
 
I am glad that you are okay. I fall before. My butt was so hurt. I understand how you feel about your blackberry. I had my cell phone (text only). It was in my pocket. I forget that It was in my pocket. I turned water on from bathtub. my cell phone fall and went to tub. ahhh my phone got all wet. I was so freaked out! I had to replace new one.
