LSA ANACONDA, BALAD, Iraq -- A 13th Corps Support Command Soldier is dead and five are injured as the result of an indirect fire attack on a Multi-National Force military base near Fallujah at about 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 5.

The injured Soldiers were evacuated to a military medical facility on Camp Fallujah, one was returned to duty after treatment.

The name of the dead soldier is being withheld pending next of kin notification. The attack is under investigation

Could this be the Stalingrad of the war?
If you bother to recall, in WWII the city of Stalingrad was bombed to shit by the Germans.
But the ruined buildings, the rubble provided cover for the resistance fighers, who went on to defeat the mighty German Army.
