I took a class about supply and demand is a big key to keep the store alive. Sell it, collect money. high supplies and low demand would be a trouble.It's a common ethical practice among the business owners. That true.The stores really don't make a profit off their employees, they're really just getting a portion of their money back. The local Best Buy and several other stores enforced the rule that no employees can hold onto a PS3.
Yes, not everybody like it but it's quite obvious that a lot of employees would buy them just to re-sell on eBay. However, a lot of customers are pulling that stunt too.
