OMFG! Look at PS3 prices @ eBay!

Employees are customers too, enough said. Customers come first? According to WHO?

Actually, customers always come first. It's the first rule of business, and if they don't...

Good luck trying to stay in business.

I am nobody's side. I agreed with him because store policy allows to do that but limit. Been there and been done. each EB/gamestop store allows two employees get a preorder before customers come into the store.

is it a fact or an opinion?

It's a common ethical practice among the business owners. I know this for a fact as where I work, our clients are our top priority.

Customers are what keep the stores alive. Therefore, they come first. Period.

I am not aware but I trust you this one. By the way I bolded that and my question is what is different that employees are not keep the stores alive when they paid it. I took a class about supply and demand is a big key to keep the store alive. Sell it, collect money. high supplies and low demand would be a trouble.

The stores really don't make a profit off their employees, they're really just getting a portion of their money back. The local Best Buy and several other stores enforced the rule that no employees can hold onto a PS3.

Yes, not everybody like it but it's quite obvious that a lot of employees would buy them just to re-sell on eBay. However, a lot of customers are pulling that stunt too.

Last year someone paid 5 grand for a '360 box' He got a cardboard box, no lie and it was completely legit because the guy didn't read the auction which clearly stated you'll win a "360 box" and just the "Box" Man, that had to suck.

lol that was really low and pitiful.

Yeah, unfortunately it's not the most screwed up scam in the book. There's plenty more such as 30-40 year old males preying on old ladies to take away their entire life savings. Then there's the sort that happens like on the movie ' Derailed '. The list goes on. :(
