Say, have you seen that video of MGS4? I seriously had to change my drawers after watching that. Gametrailers.com if you are curious.
Also, since E3 is this week, I thought a thread discussing everything E3 would be appropriate.

Wow, your're quite the player. I imagine you have a nice-paying job. I'm jealous. I am currently a college student with very limited time and resources to play the games I want. Otherwise I would be pimping the 360 like Steel, and looking forward to getting a Wii and PS3 on day one.
 
I seen trailers of the upcoming PS3 games Eight Days and a teaser for Getaway 3. Even though I am more of a xbox fan, but the PS3 is making me think of coming back to the Playstation universe. I wouldnt mind keeping a PS3 and a xbox360 alongside my original xbox.

But only one problem though is I aint got cash burning in my wallet to buy both the PS3 and the 360 lol......but I will get one first if Grand Theft Auto 4 either goes PS3 or xbox360. Knowing Rockstar's penanchant for releasing their GTA stuff on the PS2, I have a feeling GTA4 will hit PS3 first.
 
I was completely impressed with Sony and Mircosoft as I watched the E3 live show on the G4 channel...even the controller for the PS3 is a major improvement even though it looks alot like the PS2 controller but hell, its still pimp n' sweet. I'm also excited as fuck that I've seen a two mintue trailer of HALO 3 for the Xbox360 :P one of the most stunning and most powerful graphics ever well seen in the early 21st century. Dont even forget Metal Gear Solid 4 for the PS3 also...the trailer was fucking sweet as hell too.

But on the other hand...I'm very unimpressed with the Wii just still dont like the controller remote and even the graphics for the Wii looks very identical as the graphics for GameCube is...especially Metroid Prime 3 for the Wii looks as much identical to the Samus from GameCube. *shrugs* ppl who likes the Wii...its your business and I wish you the best of luck with the new Nintendo console.

Sony and Microsoft has got me pretty pumped tonight and I was so impatient I wanna play those games already lol.

The boldfaced words is what I want to have plus GTA IV for the PS3.

But I read article said that GTA4 will hit 360 what Microsoft announced it at E3 expo. read the article at CNN: E3

lol I didnt realize I found the news about the xbox360 getting GTA4 at the same time PS3 gets its version....Delicious dilemma, indeed for me but then the wait to October 2007 is like torture...dammit Rockstar making me wait that long :lol:

It looks an awful alot like the Super Nes/orginal PS mixed together for some reason...

well if thats what it would be used in most games for the Wii, then I guess it's not that bad but still won't make me get the Wii just yet...

I'm used to the SNES/PS1-3 layout so i'm not worried about it.
 
Steel-X, are you sure you will try out Nintendo Wii and demos before make decisions?
I have no reason to force you on Wii. You're independent person.

I feel the same thing I was in your shoe. I just graduated from college and am working for Alienware. That's why I can afford. Be patient, one day you will be a pimp player. :cheers:

Wii will get Call of Duty 3 and Resident Evil as well.

I can give a try when I see one in stores before I make my final decision, even though I know I said I dont like it, but still...let's see about that since another controller has been shown for the Wii so if thats what it would be used for most games, then I proably wont have any problems at all but I just had a gusty feeling that perhas this controller is proably actually used for the backward capablitity of GameCube games, but who knows?
