I doubt seriously that Obama took on more than he can handle. I think you must be referring to Bush. The mess he left for Obama to clean up is more than enough evidence that he took on way more than he could handle.

The truth is, if Obama is putting out an executive order that is bad for our country, I would want that to fail, of course. If he promotes legislation that is bad for our country, I would want that to fail also. If he wants to make negotiations with other countries that will hurt our country, I would want that to fail.

If Obama promotes orders, legislation, and negotiations that are beneficial to our country, I want them to succeed.

It depends on each thing that he does.

Well, I'd agree with you on what you on what you've said. However, Limbaugh gives me the impression that he doesn't think that anything a Democrat/liberal does would work and only a Republican/Conservative can get it right. Hence why he wished Obama would fail. I'm thinking careful, you may not want to get your wish.

Obama is doing exactly as he promised during his campagin, isn´t he? Obama is doing for America and want to try something new.

I hope Americans faith and support Obama´s plan since you know that he is doing exactly as he promised during his campagin. It seem to me that Obama is doing for America.

No because it´s too early to positive that his plan would work. (Check my response post #34 toward Lucia´s post).


I personally feel that Obama is doing a great job. Like what I said in my previous post that I hope Americans keep their faith and support for Obama.

that's it? so that's the best you can come up with for an answer? Interesting... :hmm: then how can you expect Maria to explain her reason? It's too early to "negative" that his plan would fail. I'm concerned for certain people because of their "blind love" for Obama... thinking that he's the Messiah-like answer. He's to be taken with a grain of salt. I don't agree with some of his approaches. For this stimulus package? I don't like it. why? my answer is - why keep throwing money at problems when the original cause of the problem isn't fixed? It's like pouring water at a bucket with a big hole. :(

but hey.... at least Obama put the cap on executive salary... I guess that's the start.

I very rarely listen to him. I'm usually at work when he airs. Of all the conservative talk show hosts, he is my least favorite.

I don't want it to pass. It has very little to do with improving the national economy.

Can you show me which specific parts of the "stimulus package" will improve the economy, and how that will happen?
