Day 3 is reportedly when the offer was made. I think with something this big you accept just in case..I realize clean up would still be needed but it seems to me reside would be easier to clean than what we have now.

I guess (right or wrong) I picked this up in business. Never trust the person who made the mistake to fix the mistake.....That's just my way.

No ...lol I was trying to be funny with the phrasing. (I missed) Actually I am working on 2 books now though.....One just about Katrina. and one about experiences as a contractor.....One is funny and one not funny.
