NYC bans supersized sodas at restaurants, theatres and concession stands

Now that you mention it I think I recall you saying that somewhere. Then again you're managing to read and respond to posts so you can read the text, kind of seems odd to be able to see these words I'm typing right now, but not the video that's 100 times bigger than them, so it's no wonder I forgot. I'm sure they were impressed, it's pretty damn impressive. My son has been known to ask me to do them for his friends, he likes to show me off. How cool is that?:giggle:
Would you actually like to know how Zoom Text works, or do you just enjoy your ignorant snottiness?

It's embarrassing and unhealthy.

:giggle:....you girls really know how to dish it out....ah, well...

I'm not overweight or obese, and I'm a golden oldie...:giggle:...and do agree that exercise is the best thing along with watching what you eat....My boys are not overweight either, as they always were very athletic and active.

Now, as we age, it's gets harder to get those pounds off...so we just eat less and drink lots of water, take walks if we are not able to exercise strenously....

Becoming obese and overweight really does a number on ur kees and back. So to avoid being overweight in the later years, then exercise, eat healthy and drink lots of water. I'm still execising, tread mill and some free weights.

I'm not surprised you laughed, you got a wicked sense of humor, love it. Sorry about letting Bottesini piss me off and hijacking your thread for a little bit.

Good for you!! and you're totally right about the joints. My sister is not obsese, by any stretch, but she could have used losing a few. She has a bad knee, doctors told her if she lost weight she could probably avoid surgery. She is now a woman obsessed. She's done 2 rounds of p90x, that's where I got mine.. she made copies of all the dvds and sent me the fitness book I nubs her she's awesome, now she's doing p90x2. SHe looks terrific.

It's not my thread....and would also like to say that they are some members who do have medical problems...and older members also...used to be a gym rat in the late 80's /early 90's and a body builder also...but hurt my back badly doing heavy squats...so I just do light weights now.

Got to remember also...to respect ur elders and let some things just slide....Botti deserves a lot of respect, and I'm older than she is!...

Now you girls "shake hands"....
