It's good to know from those quiz that I eat too much Protein... Yes, I know that I eat too much protein because I has the problem to eat carbs in the evening is stomach aches and trouble sleeping.

I get vomit and stomach aches after eat a lot of carbs... I limit carbs to low and eat more protein then I have no problem since...
