Ah well. I do walk a lot and throw Jilli's ball for her and I carry heavy shopping back from the supermarket. I just don't go the gym. I used to but Jilli kept giving me looks as if to say you'd do better taking more walks so I took her advice on the matter.

Does it really matter what type of excercise you do as long as you excercise? I only do 2 or 3 hours of excercise at the moment as it's during hayfever season but I've done really long 14 mile walks from Birmingham centre to wolverhampton along canal tow path.
