Nutrition and Fitness Quizzes - FAT

My result is:

Good job!

You seem to be eating a low fat diet, but you are probably eating enough fat to keep your body healthy.

Keep up the good work! Be sure to keep eating healthy unsaturated fats like olive and canola oils, peanut butter, nuts, and avocados. It's also ok to eat small amounts of saturated fat (like fatty meats, pastries, butter, whole milk, cheese, and ice cream), but don't overdo it!

Come back and take this quiz again in 2 months to make sure you are keeping up the good work!

Too much!

Your diet is probably too high in fat.

Too much fat is unhealthy because a diet high in saturated fats puts you at risk for high cholesterol, heart disease, and obesity in the future.

Cut down on your saturated fat intake by eating less fried foods, fatty meat, butter and margarine, pastries, and high fat dairy foods like 2% or whole milk, cheese, and ice cream.

When you do eat fat, try to go for healthy unsaturated fats like olive and canola oils, peanut butter, nuts, and avocados.

Umm, even though I am VERY thin person...

Almost there!

Your diet seems slightly high in fat. It would be a good idea to decrease your fat intake a little bit.

Which isn't bad. In the past, I used to fry or microwave practically everything. Since then I read books on living on a HEALTHY vegan diet so my fat intake has been greatly reduced.
