Not again..my landlord...

Yes, you misunderstood me again...there are two separate situations:

1). Few weeks ago, the maintenances came inside my house...they installed the strobes...my house was little messy...they complained to the landlord...it is none of their business...
No, I am misunderstood. I am always right since I have a lot of expereinces with different apartments for almost 20 years. Read Reba's post: Maintenance staff can report to the landlard any unsanitary, unsafe, or illegal conditions that they observe in an apartment, that could impact the material condition of the property

2). They came by last week for bug spray...but I was busy in my house...did not see the door bell - light flash...so I got their letter yesterday that they admitted they were going to inside my house at the back door patio but there was mud at the yard...
That's exactly why they do not want to make their own muddy footprints on your floor.

You maybe right or I maybe right...I will findout and let you all know if it is forbidden here in my state...;
I am right. You will find out when you read a copy of leasing contract and state laws....

No, You are not always right! Be humble and stop ego with yourself!

I did informed my landlord to postpone the appointment but she refused...she is difficult person to deal with...

Thank you for giving me points...I admit my kitchen was not clean during at that time they were installed the strobes...I was real sick at that time..they should know better..nothing has to be perfect...
Exactly.... I agree with Reba... If your landlord is diffucult to deal with can you call the manger above her??? Maybe get things strighten out??

P.S.

Please remember that I have leukemia cancer..thats why I get sick alot..they should leave me alone...and respect my health as well..

I wonder if your dog might not response the door? is it an untrained service dog?

How come you did not answer the front door when the maintenance crew came first place?

Your landlord will probably find out that your dog is untrained service dog and she/he will document your apartment unit record in case the new apartment manager will contact in future.

What's up with your old thread? http://www.alldeaf.com/showpost.php?p=443989&postcount=1

Are you eligible for home care help? Sometimes they provide someone to come to your house each week to clean the house and do your laundry while you are sick. Maybe your health care social worker can help you set up something.

but once in while , i cook something up and freeze it, then bring over put in freezer.. and spend little time with her.. but still she is stubborn to drive around and go cabin or visit us.. :/

Again, I said I did NOT see the door bell - light flash...I did not see it..and my service dog is confused about the strobe lights...he is used to the lamb lights not the strobe...anyhow...they did not knock on the door...my dog is trained hearing dog...
