I just got contacted by a "simte john" who says that he knew me from alldeaf. He's in Nigeria with a sick mom.

Just givin' ya'll the heads up.

yeah.. he did emailed to me and I replied to him saying FUCK YOU SCAMMER..

yeah i get many ims or emails from nigeria asking for money due to sick mother, husband is dead and etc.. not gonna fall for that.

Now they r coming up with slick way to get deaf people to give them money by saying they have WON and give them check.. when they deposit the check in their bank account then their money will be wiped out! zip! O! then u r gonna be broke!

We all have to be careful and use our judgement thats all we can do.. :D
 
Hey thanks for the link... I think I am gonna play games with them! heh! *snickers* so they wont prey on new victims...

next time i get an im.. i will get fake letterhead along with fake addresses and fake phone nbr.. trying to cook this up and trick them! lol

We can act as FBI to scare 'em away, maybe? I know, there is over 15,000 AD'ers here, and I bet there would be around 15,000 FBI members here :lol:
 
hahahahhaha i recalled getting an im from "supposedly" Robert Mueller the FBI director. He said that I got scammed by lost 15,000,000 dollars and wanted the informations on when and how did i lost money. he said he will mail me a cheque for the money that i supposedly lost? i told him he got the information wrong i never got scammed. whoever told u is wrong.

Then i played a game with the scammer by asking how old he is and where was he born and all that questions.. only one he was wrong is on age... he said why are u asking me questions? I should be asking you if u did lost any money? i need your address, phone nbr and etc. i said uh uh why should i give u any information? I am not that dumb anyway! he said please maam. i said FUCK YOU. he said ok u are in trouble and have a warrant for your arrest. you will be arrested soon. i said haha where is the police? I dont see them? waited and waited.. i said u are fucking chicken! u are FUCKING SCAMMER! he said u are a fool and signed off on me! LOL!
