Next thing you know, they'll be accusing of President Obama of attempting to re-name Freedom Fries, I meant French Fries to Communist Fries.
if they do that, they should get freedom fried!

I'm not sure what you're trying to say and I'm not sure what you are confused about it.
it still doesn't answer your question?
I don't have a question. You are citing employment law. Employment law is not part of the criminal code. You know this though because you cite criminal codes often.

It is also part of EEOC, and violating EEOC law is an offense that can be charged criminally.
You are trying too hard here, golfer.

Exactly what I said from the beginning.![]()
and that's what Cain is being accused of and I believe Cain has committed sexual harassment number of times.
Then why are you continuing to insist that sexual harrassment is not illegal? You seem to be very confused tonight.
Employment law is not criminal law. If I am wrong cite a criminal code.Exactly. Clinton and Edwards were/are charged with crimes. Cain is accused with violating employment law which may or may not have included crimes. Obviously the groping (if proved) as claimed by Bailek would be a sexual assault (a crime) in addition to sexual harassment.
But like you said it's politics.... some will condemn on accusations and some will wait for evidence.
I said not a crime. There is a difference.Employment law is not criminal law. If I am wrong cite a criminal code.

And again, what kind of evidence are you looking for? A video tape? A stain on a dress that was saved for the express purpose of bringing this accusation? What?
every state law is different. one state may define it as sexual assault and other as sexual harassment.
in most states - sexual assault means rape but it is a very broad term. it can be molestation, unwanted sexual contact, etc. but on federal level - it is called sexual harassment.
If you violate EOC law you can be charged with a criminal offense.
Stop being purposely obtuse.
Can be.... No doubt IF the offense also violates the criminal code. But the fact of the matter is Sexual Harassment itself is not part of the criminal code. I could be wrong of course....but no one has cited criminal code to show that.
EEOC is employment law....not criminal law.
