Greetings To A!!!!
The hardest thing for me ever in my entire life has been to loose my hearing.
See,I once was an interpreter for the deaf community, and was very active in many things about deaf people. I came down with cancer, and it has destroyed my life completely.
I once could eat a whole entire chicken(8-9 pieces) in one setting, along with all the other stuff that goes with it; now I can not even drink down a glass of water without choking. I used to be able to do sign for the deaf, now someone has to do sign for me. it's terrible!!
I'm sorry to dump all this on you wonderful people who know nothing about me,but I need to get this out....

:welcome: to AD! Hope u are getting better.

Welcome I am very sorry about your difficult situation
I believe that God brought you right here.
You're in my prayers and thoughts.

My prayers are with you and I understand how you feel.

:welcome: to AllDeaf.

I'm sorry for the cancer and all that you have been going through. Is your hearing loss associated with the cancer, kemo, etc? Was it progressive or sudden? Sudden would be quite a shock to the system. But on a positive note the fact that you know sign already has to be of some comfort. Imagine if you could not communicate in that way at all, that would add to your stress.
