My parents are buying me a new car it's a 1993 Izusu Trooper V6 i'm so excited i'm fixing it up myself along with some of the kids in our school auto. I'm pretty excited the only thing about it is i have to learn for to drive a manual.

Ohhh congrats and be careful where you go on the road

I am sure you drive anywhere instead of bus or else  have fun driving around with your new car when you go out lol

Congrats on your ride! Don't try to turn left and rights too fast, those will tip over easily under sudden turns. SUVs are not as safe as cars when turning them left or right sharply.

I'll make sure i'm careful. And yea i guess manual isn't that hard it's just going to take time to learn my dad was really impressed on how fast i've been picking it up.

Congrats on getting new car, drive safety. :)

Congrats with your car and be careful when driving on road.

I prefer to drive with automatic than manual for some reason.

Congrats on getting a new car! I have a manual car and I love it. Manual car are not hard to drive once you got use to it. Drive safe. :)

Thanks everyone you know everyone is telling me to drive sage well where's the fun in driving safe when your a teen? are you not suppose to total your first car?

Awesome, when my step mom gave me her used car when I was 17, I had my first car accident ...Boy, she wasn't thriller...

Now I know what it like to drive on a wet road, not to get too close to another car :eek3:

Congrates, good thing it is a stick-shift, Auto Troopers have transmission problems

I not sure abt the year 93 and older, but the 95 and newer models, they don't have a tranny dip-stick and have to take them to the dealership to get it checked out. Most of them, no matter what you do, the sences inside go bad around 60,000 miles for the Automatic ones. I know and learned the hard way with 2 2001 Troopers
