Never Puke on PURPOSE!!

Oh geez.....that guy deserved what he got for puking on someone else. This guy is stupid!! lol Read below and tell me what you think.

Officials Unsure How To Punish Vomiting Teen
Student Sentenced To Police Cruiser Puke Cleanup

OLATHE, Kan. -- A Kansas teenager has been sentenced to clean up vomit in police cars.

But officers in Johnson County aren't sure how they'll carry out the sentence.

The 17-year-old boy was convicted of vomiting on his Spanish teacher on purpose.

A judge ordered the teen to perform clean-up duty for four months anytime someone gets sick in a patrol car.

But police in Overland Park note they often have a biohazard company clean up vomit, if there's a possibility of disease.

Overland Park police spokesman Jim Weaver wants to know if they're going to have to give the kid a biohazard suit.

But local police officials say they'll work with the county court in making sure the sentence is carried out in an appropriate manner.
 
Gee i wonder what the penalty would be if you puke on a deputy?

Do you really think teenagers did it out of purpose?

All what I read what police or teacher claimed that the teenagers did out of purpose but I can't find anything on teenager's side. ?

I beleive to hear BOTH sides, not one side.

I can't say anything here until I get teenager's side.....




Well I know that you can't keep the vomit few seconds... You will kill if you keep the vomit yourself... impossible...

I know what I am saying because of my children. They tried to run to bathroom to vomit but they vomit on the floor... I also vomit, too... I tried to get bathroom to vomit but I vomit on the door...

How could you judge that anyone vomit out of purpose?
 
How about the hospital when the patients vomit on the nurses or doctors ?
Will they file suit against the patients for the same reasons, too ? :ugh:

I am confused on how he puked on purpose? Did he put his finger down his throat to make himself vomit? It didn't say anything about how he did it on purpose. I would like to see the rest of the story if possible. Thanks.

Well RS....go ahead give it a try puke on cops. I will be backing off and watching you wearing a shiny jewelry around your wrist which it is a handcuff. LOL :rofl:
 
I knew someone who could vomit on will...not kidding here. He could vomit whenever he wanted to. Don't ask me how...*shrugs*
