I read just fine. As BabyBlue and numerous people in history all over the world have said, it takes two to tango. You are placing all the blame on the woman. The woman alone is not stupid or irresponsible for not using protection, they both are. The man AND woman get pregnant- the woman is only the vessel. Are we clear on that?
I did not say the woman was raped, nor am I disagreeing with you about casual (consenting) sex being rape. I'm saying you are the type of frat boy bastard who thinks if a woman is raped, it's her own fault for dressing, talking, being whatever or wherever she was. Let me say this in another way: You said it's her fault for spreading her legs and getting pregnant so basically you are saying anything that happens when her legs are spread is her own fault. Which can only mean that you think women get whatever's coming to them, and that includes rape. You are, possibly unintentionally and subconsciously, endorsing rape culture and hurting women and girls. That way of thinking is problematic.
They let her go because she committed a nonviolent crime. People who commit nonviolent crimes, especially first time offenders, are often let go fairly quickly. It was not because they shackled her ankles in an appalling way and time, although I'm sure they're embarrassed now- and rightfully so.
