Eiken Saimon, 54, was sentenced to three life sentences plus 134 years in prison after withdrawing his not guilty plea and pleading guilty to all charges against him on Friday.
Both the wife and son of one of the men killed in the shooting, Kernal Rehobson, spoke in court Friday.
In court Saimon told the judge he was mad after being ridiculed at a barbeque by family and friends earlier that week.
On Sunday August 12, 2007, Saimon says he entered the First Congregational Church in Neosho with two loaded guns with the intent of shooting people.
Three church leaders of the Micronesian congregation, Kernal Rehobson, Intenson Rehobson and Kuhpes Ikosia were killed and four others seriously injured.
Saimon plead guilty to three counts of first degree murder and four counts of assault in the 2007 shooting.
He also plead guilty to statutory rape and sodomy charges in a separate case.
