Seems like you have a very nosy HOA as their people actually get out of their car and walk around the yards to look for violations and saw your sign. That is so lame. They obviously have no life. It's your own property and you don't even have any rights to put that sign up and to park next to the driveway on YOUR lawn. I am sorry you have to deal with that.

Ponte Vedra is a neat place. It is not as 'exclusive' as some makes it out to be.

Yeah, I've seen pink houses, purple houses, bright red houses, etc. etc. It's not a big deal on how they color their houses. As long they keep their lawn and trimmings neat and clean, I'm ok.

What happen to freedom? This is something I really don't understand America, 300 years ago, people fought for freedom moved down here to America to get freedom. Now where are they?

Of course, I will never buy house on HOA! This HOA properties are reserved for crybabies that wants to ruin others their freedoms.

Yes it is a neat place....Sawgrass is pretty neat also. The Beachfront homes are awesome....Jacksonville Beach, (close by), used to be called "the blighted area"...but in recent years, has become a wonderful Beach! They've cleaned it up....Atlantic & Neptune Beaches (Jax Beach' neighbors) is nice too. My preference of all would be PV Beach, to live or to spend a day at the beach.

Yes, I like blue crabs; we have them in Charleston, also. :)

I was in Jacksonville all day yesterday.. spent my day at Little Talbot Island. I am not too far from there. :)


I used to play tennis at "Sawgrass" I love their clay courts.

That's cool....haven't been to Little Talbot Island in ages...last time was for a company picnic/swimming....we used to hang at Fort George also...Jax has really changed too much for my liking, driving-wise....
