Need to lose weight help begged for!!

I really wanna lose weight terriable not much just 10-20 pounds. But i've tried so many things and being a teenager doesn't make it any easier. Why cause high school is so stressful and stress does not make losing weight any easier. so i really am begging for help I am despretly trying to lose weight for spring break and it's not working i really need ideas i'm begging anyone who has any ideas please help me!
 
Drink alots of water and keep excersicing. Eat alots of light foods like fruits and vegetables. Have some lean meat once or twice a week. Stay away from the soda , junk food and candy bars. Take some multivitamins with your breakfast and one more multivitamin in the afternoon then one more before bedtime.

Excersice and eating the right way are the 2 keys.

You gotta have that fire, determination and motivation to change, for yourself.

You can pick up a book at the bookstore which is Southbeach diet, It tells you what foods you should not eat and what you can eat to lose weight, Drink a lot of water too. Good luck to you! :thumb:
 
Thanks yea i've tried so many diffrenet diets i just have a hard time finding one that's right for a teenager.
 
Health beat me... Yes, you should take Health's advice.


I would recommend you to take white meats (chicken or turkey) and fillet fish. Eat fish 3 times a week is enough... Meat twice a week.
 
My opinion, I'm not agree to use different diets like beach, atkin, etc... but eat 5 small and health portion a day... or 3 portion a day with plenty of fruits or yoghurt in between 3 portion a day.

Why not try fat free foods and low-fat foods. You can eat Poultry skinless low-fat turkey or chicken breast and Yogurt fat free. It helps lose weight too. ;)
 
First buy yourself a scale, so that way you can weight yourself every week to find out if you lost any weight, it also can help you stay on the diet plan cause the more you lose weight the more you know you're doing it the right way....

You might want to look into chemical free foods 100% natural and organic. If you can afford it on your allowance or your after school job or just ask your mom to buy some for you and also for herself. Your mom may appreciate and enjoy knowing her food is 100% natural with no chemicals in her food too. Your dad may find he is much more stronger at work with more enegry.

yay i'm doing somthing right i already only eat organic and free range foods. well that makes me feel better already lol

Got the scale to but u have to pretty much drag me onto it i hate being weighted
 
That detox really works for me cause I got a flat stomach.

My mom lost a lot of weight too, by doing detox.

I admit that I am on day 3 detox, drinking cayenne pepper, lemons, maple syrup mix in distilled water(yuck), because yesterday I had omelet, stir fry, pancakes, and bacons.

Maybe you should try liquid diet.

Very good advice! Actually friend of mine who himself is a nurse told me the best and sure-fire way to lose weight is not to worry too much of fat, but worry about Sodium (Salt). The more you take salt, it makes you even more bloated. Salt itself don't make you fat. It just catch and holds water in your body to make you bloat, and heavier. Forget these so called diet food, pay more attention to salt, many diet food contains too much salts in it, and it is really pointless!

Liquid diets can kill you and cause severe brain damage. My grandpa's gf did that and got severe brain damage so i would never do that. I got to much to live for
 
That is true, if do that on long term basis. Need to eat, and drink plenty of water. Water is intended to get sodium out of your system. The more water you drink the more salt exit though pissing.

You know my dad went on a low sodium diet and lost like 10 pounds in like a week it was amazing so lots of fruits and veggies low sodium and lean white meat right do i have everything right oh wait and i forgot lots and lots of water now do i have it right?
 
Yup, he is on right track, but it sounded too fast
10 lbs a month is safe speed. Really important is EAT enough!

he lost that in the hospital he went to the hospital because a virous attacked his heart so water was gathering around his heart cause his body was so week he couldn't get rid of the water. that's why he lost it so fast.
