I will get lip piercing soon but I will going apply any minimum wage job such like Best Buy, Target, Game Crazy, EB Games, Hot Topic, PacSun and other more. I think it would be hard to handle with lip piercing since tried to get job.

List job name that you already know to can wear body piercing.

Only thing... I don't need worry about intviewing but I will take care of it.

my husband just told me that u wouldnt have a problem with Hot topic cuz my baby sister works there. she has few face pierced... soo.. heh

nah, I will get pierced first before try to find job.
 
Visible piercings and tattoos will limit your career choices for a long time. You will not always be a young person wanting a job at a retail store. One day you'll want to make more money and be taken seriously, and that will be awfully hard with a spike sticking out of your lower lip. Get your nipples pierced - you can cover those as you see fit. Take it from an aging punk in the working world. Don't do it just because you can - only do it if it is wise.
 
Hummmmmmmmmm yea take her advice. Use it wisely and think about your future. Ask someone older who have been going thru what you are going thru and think about it after you hear what they say about themselves.

Hot Topic you can for sure infact here they incourage it. I do agree though your not always going to be working at a retail store although you can take it out and it will close mostly also they have plastic skin colored hole keepers that unless you look really close you can't tell they are there believe me they work
 
Lip piercing and other body piercings will be heal completely before it take off and prevent to get close in skin but it will take few month without getting any good career.

Only non-consumer jobs such like factories and industries then it can be allowed for them to wear it because there's no consumers to around here. There's ALOT of factories and industries in LA metro.

Which is more important to you... getting your lip pierced or getting a job?

If getting a job is more important, don't get your lip pierced.

ok ok.... I will get tongue piercing instead of lip and it's invisible though.
 
Well, in present I would say around 75% of Teenager and over 18 years old already got the tattoo/body piercings. Mostly of jobs allow them to get a job if they get clean body piercings same like clear or diamond, but not look soo punk or gothic stuff. Also mostly of jobs allow everybody to getting a job if they have tattoo... Tattoo isnt bother them that much because whoa, more than 75% people already got the tattoo. But body piercing, I would say around 75% of people already got.

I admit that I have a tongue pierced for THREE and a nose pierced for almost ONE year, I still get jobs.. And even, I have a tattoo for SIX years. And, my father have two tattoos, mostly of my family are very body piercing and tattoo people. They have BEST job than everybody thought. My dad work for GENERAL jobs same like, Semi Truck, Fixing the bus, blah that you can name it even my dad wear the shirt that is Wife's Beater, I forgot what name right for that shirt, white tank top for men. Everybody saw his tattoos and even public people, its not bother them.

By the way, in Present is CHANGED. People who own the jobs and such like that are start allowing people get jobs whoever have body piercings and tattoos if they make themselves look nice with them then they would allow them. I worked and my family worked during had Body Piercings and Tattoos.
