My Hike last Saturday

Beautiful shots you have there. The rocks looks so awesome. I love the cactus plants which I think are so exotic. Did you get to see lions?
 
I didn't see any lions, and that's the way I like it

ahh they were beautiful. i was drooling at those rocks...

some pixes reminded me of some mtns near phoenix where i climbed in july of 2004. one thing i hate is HOT weather.. i remmy that time it was 110ºF at 9:30am ! no sh*t ! i almost passed out when i led climbing and i fell down abou 9 ft and i landed on flat rock. my climbing partners brought me to park rangers' office and an officer put cold water on my face and body for 30 minutes. :squint: i was not used with the heat !

no more climbing after 10am in summer time if you plan to visit in az !

i wud love to go back to AZ in Feb or March for cool weather ! ;)

Yeah, I can image that..
Extactly I was alike you but not climber.. I was hiking.. and felt so extreme sweaty and overwhelmed w/damn heat.. don't know how much heat really high F.. *sigh* I rushed and hurried stormed into my friend's apartment where kept AC always there..
*sigh* ain't fun.. rushed changing bathing suit.. I've seen lot of people using barefeet on sidewalk.. I thought I could same thing like them... I walked.. Oh sh#%Q@#%^$#^ damn frigg'n HOT made my feet alike cooked!.. rushed open fuk the key gate! *Jumped into the swimming pool*

Thanks lot to my friend ain't warned me first place.. *grins*~:squint: unbelivable beautiful AZ ever I had stayed there for a month.. Beautiful astophire all places..

As a geology-franatic, I am drooling over the pictures of those stratified rocks. They look great! Here in California, a lot of rocks are folding, crumbling, and whatnot due to faults. Gotta hike in Arizona someday!

I have lived here all my life and you never hike
around Phoenix in the summer but there are many
other places in Arizona that are cool in the summer
and have great hikes

Number 10 you see most of the 7 teirs of a waterfall
that doesn't have enough water.

It's close to Tucson which is 2 hours south of Phoenix

they are high on life and the DEA are all at Krispy Kream
with the local police
