I am sorry to say this, but it is really the best way to do this, you have to be careful with it.
There is a new rule, no one is allowed to celebrate the milestone posts until you reach 5,000 posts. DreamDeaf has posted about the new rule because every time any member reaches the milestone of any sort is crammping up the memory and space so kindly please give it time to reach 5,000 and it would be better.
Only letting you know, though.

I thought this forum is for someone, who is here to speak up, to celebrate, to show some free expressions, among others. With the maximum restriction by the moderator, then I don't consider this as forum anymore. I believe people should say/celebrate/express whatever they want with the judgmental (common sense) skills.
