Wow! Those pictures are absolutely breathtaking! :) I love seeing pictures of mountains shrouded in clouds and mist. It gives them a feeling of magic, sort of, you know?

Cool! Does the that mountain have snow on the top all year around, or is it possible to hike to the top when snow is gone? Just wondering...
 
Ahh I was in Mt Rainier too in July. Looks like we crossed paths :)

I really love that park ..breathtaking views and great hiking trails.

Yea it is snowcapped all year long, but less in the summer and more in the winter, mostly glaciers on that peak with some patches of snow, yea u still can hike to the top in the summer, too. Average freezing level is about 12,000 ft elevation in the summer and about 3,000 to 4,000 ft in the winter, freezing level can go to sea level and we can get snow in the city of Seattle and the suburbia and beyond. The mountain is 14,411 ft.

Dang we missed each other, LOL....at least u had fun there and we had fun up there, I had a few friends with me, I didn't post those pics of my friends. :)
