I know that a lot of people have Debts or just need money to go on
vacation and stuff...

Well I thought maybe we all can do film together...

Not have to have any acting experience or film experience....

I thought maybe we can find a perfect location where
we can film and shoot...

Come together with film ideas and all...

1. I need to borrow somebody houses...
2. I need many people to wear prop costumes
3. I need many people to play bad guys
4. I need many people to play good guys

No matter how many people, I need a lot of people to volunteer
to do this fun film together....

And we can together make money off this film project...

by selling DVDs on Ebay, showing at theatres, go to film festivals...

We can all do it next summer... don't that sound fun or what?

why not?

I got the edit machine, lighting, camera and stuff...

And all you guys gotta do is show up and act...
just for the weekend.

In some hick town in Mississippi? I think not, my sad little troll-thing.

no not in Mississippi...

Somewhere maybe in Kansas...

Levonian, you rather picking up Monkeys' poops all of your life than
to do a little short film that may be a good investment for you.

hmm... I think somebody might use my idea and then make lousy movie
and then failed and will tell me that I can't succeed because they didn't
succeed...

They will never know unless they give me a chance.

Hey why not have an AllDeaf Caucus in Memphis, Tn... and
I'll pay for BBQ from Neely Bar B Q resturant and
We can go visit Graceland, and stay at the Heartbreak Hotel...

Good idea???

And you guys can stick around and I can film you guys in my movie...

:fingersx:

Why do you have all this stuff if you're never going to use it? And a typical 35mm camera probably costs more than your momma's house. How did you get one in the first place?

You can borrow camera, lights, and everything from the studio here in Memphis...

chicken!!!!!!!

Come on, The*Empress. That's very unprofessional. I've ran a professional design and art business for 12 years now. I NEVER called any of my clients or anyone "Chicken" for not using my design service or even they don't buy my art or photography work. You need to simmer down, you're showing them the wrong attitude. No matter how mad you get for being turned down to participate your movie project, you should be professional and say "That's alright. Thanks for your interest." and move on to somewhere else and find new people may in your local area. Keep in mind, Your clients will ALWAYS remember your bad attitude and/or name callings. That's how people lose business clients forever. Take a chill pill and accept the fact that's it's ok if they don't want to participate in your movie project. Move on, dude.

;)

I was just kidding.

I wasn't going to make a film... I'm not being serious...

Don't take this thread seriously... come on.

You got me pretty good. However, your thread sound serious. There was no "Just kidding" anywhere in the thread and I thought you were going to try to do some experimentation on filming. Filming is becoming really popular these days because you don't have to spend $50k on equipment to make short films and you can market them via internet.

It's definitely fun to joke around but at least warn some people that you're not serious about somethings, some professionals like me who would think you're serious about stuff like that. I was just surprised there were some name callings there.

All is good. Glad to know that you were joking around.

I don't wanna do film.

I just wanted to know how they make film and stuff...
All I know is... it is a lot of work.

Male friends offered to help me make film... I said no.

And I made a special Wedding DVD for my Aunt and Uncle in California
and they asked me if they can give me cash for it, I told
them no.... it is free....

Cool! Wedding video on DVD can be a huge business for ya! There's your opportunity there!

I really wish to own a Video Store one day.

Go for it! What's keeping you from making your dream come true? I want to be a professional fine art painter with a international exposure. It's going to take time to get my name out there, but I already got my name in the local and regional market and it's starting to pick up. My next goal is to enter national art competitions to get a national exposure. Then move on to the international art market. Hopefully, in 5-10 years, I'll be make enough money selling paintings to become a full-time fine artist. It takes one goal at a time.

I don't see why you can't own a video store, go for it! There are small business programs for minority group and you may be able to find funds to open your business without having to pay anyone back. I live in a small town where it's famous for feedlot & meat packing business. Because of that, the hispanic population makes up of 55% of the entire city population of 30k. There are many hispanic business being opened here using a small business program for the minorities and most of them are doing well. Check 'em out!

Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE!

And then find a building to lease... and then after that...

Create my business unique.. and to attract customers...
