Cant you believe this guy??? I know this guy always late for court all the time. Michael Jackson was in the hospital at the time due to back pains. This time the judge is very strict with Michael. Judge says "Enough of this foolish! Get him in court in an hour or there will be bench warrant for him!" This judge is not to be messed around with. Judge doesnt like wasting court time and plus taxpayers' money! When I saw this special report on TV, saw Michael showed up really late, looking like crap. Here the link that regarding to the case:

Michael Jackson's late appearance

Type your opinions here thanks.

i personally think Jackson was trying to find excuses to avoid having to be at court on time -- some of the illnesses that were mentioned -- i suspect a few of them were faked

i just wish he was ARRESTED and his bail revoked and his being locked up

he was just taking his time. :P
And the time of the Judge, the court reporters, the twelve jurors and alternates, the Prosecuting attorneys, the witnesses, the cops, and then the dude shows up in pajamas. :barf:

Well? How did he almost get arrested? I read nothing about MJ almost got arrested? I think this whole thing is because of biggotry of the L.A County sheriff dept arrested him on child molestation. I suggest MJ fans living in L.A. County to vote out that sheriff. Its just another thing on california biggoted cops.

"Before Jackson showed up, the judge said he was issuing an arrest warrant and might revoke his $3 million bail. But he told the attorney he would hold the warrant for one hour to give the defendant time to get to court. "

Besides, Jocko is a white guy now.

He showed up to court in his pajamas?... :ugh: ..

Last year, I had sun poison, and I didn't feel very good at all, but still I showed up on time, and I sure didn't wear my pajamas LOL...

But Michael Jackson is white.

And it was not LA County but Santa Barbara County.

Get your facts straight, dude :scatter:

he did almost got arrested cuz he was 4 minutes late after the deadline made by the judge. But the judge let that go and admonished his defense team to be on time! 8:30 is when the court started but he didnt showed up. No EXCUSES for his illness at all. he just wanted to be late cuz he is famous and all. No matter how famous he is, he is just a normal (kinda weird to me) just everyone else just like you and me....by the way he was black but his skin turned white because of some kind of skin disease that he had.

Another thing I wanted to add. I know I'm being off-topic....Remember Martha Stewart? She got voted by the jury by guilty verdict. I remember one of the jury mentioned that Martha Stewart is famous but don't matter. Martha Stewart is human being just everyone else. It's the same for Michael Jackson. Judge don't care if he is George Washington or King of England. The defense teams need to get Michael Jackson to be on TIME! If he wasnt on time then he is wasting jury time, taxpayer money, and the judge's time. He need to learn to stop screwing around stop being late.

Hi Ravensteve ( laughing ) I'm just teasing ya RedWolf ;) I go off the topic too heh heh....

Yep, I totally agree with you, it doesn't matter if the person is famous or not, they should be treat like every else is when they're in court, I would have put him in jail if he was late in my courtroom....Say hello to JudgeJudy here :D

Oh youre talking about that black juror on Martha Stewart trial ..After the case he said thats one for the little people. He was getting even because all those wealthy people seem to get off easy on the justice system but the little guy never gets a decent lawyer. The little guy gets a public defender and public defenders rarely get their clients off the hook. 90% of the defenders end up in prison if they were represented by a public defender. So justice isnt equal for all isnt it? I have a suggestion?? Why dont they change the pledge of allegence from And justice for all to And justice for some?

You know that slogan on the supreme court is bullshit! The only people get equal justice are the wealthy.

Looking at MJ's tarot cards.

It said

Situation

bottoming out, having nowhere to go but up, knowing it's darkest before the dawn, being at the lowest point, feeling things can't get worse
preparing for an upturn, reaching the pits
feeling like a victim, bemoaning your fate, feeling powerless
seeing life as hostile, suffering from an attack, wondering "Why me?"
feeling self-pity, being on the receiving end

Self

worrying, doubting all will go well, brooding, making yourself sick over your troubles
going over and over an issue, feeling anxious and tense, getting worked up
feeling guilty, regretting some offense, refusing to forgive yourself
wanting to turn back the clock, focusing on your "sins", being hard on yourself
denying that you did your best, getting overwhelmed by remorse
suffering anguish, despairing, feeling you've reached your limits
having sleepless nights, feeling depressed, going through a dark night of the soul
forgetting joy, wanting to cry

challenges and opportunies

disagreeing, feeling everyone is at cross-purposes, being torn by dissension
quarreling, arguing and bickering, becoming embroiled in a debate
being at odds with others, quibbling over details, going against an opponent
rising to the challenge, trying to outdo yourself, going for the gold

I really don't know if the back injury is real or not, Fly. I'm not one to judge this. Regardless, I agree with you. I think that, at the very least, he should have been reprimanded for being late. This is a serious matter, and he's acting like he's special. He shouldn't get special treatment just because he's a celebrity. You have to have respect for the court no matter what!

Yeah, he was 5 minutes late. I kinda think, given his history, that he is trying to get sympathy from the jury doing this stuff.......

Or, he thinks that he's above all this. Look at his antics at the arraignment. He was late, then. Then, he came in directing his camera man. Then, after the arraignment, he dances on the hood of that SUV. This guy is definitely living in some type of fantasy land...

I agree with you, but we will have to see. Depends on what kind of evidence the defense has. Time will tell.

I was watching news on tv after my son and I got back from store and my son fell asleep on the floor in living room and I turned tv on to watch news. The funny thing was that when MJ got out of truck and was trying to act to be pain for having back hurt. What a bs he was.. He ain't having pain on his back, I could tell that cuz he was trying to make excuses for not going to court. When he walked and turned around so suddenly without trying to show pain.
