Metroid Prime 2 : Echoes

I know this game is a year old and all, but I've just picked it up from blockbuster for only $15 and so as I played it, I actually liked it and is WAY better than the orginal Metroid Prime. although the gameplay and graphics are very similar to the orginal, but better storyline and more enemies, etc...

it's about Samus, the well known bounty hunter who've entered another alien planet that has both light and dark sides and an tall moth-like alien begs Samus to help and saves the planet and restore enegry to the world and most of all, to bring back peace.

I'm already in the "dark" world now and it's alittle harder now since the air is bad and the enemies are harder to defeat, etc...but what really defeats them is using weapons made of "light" and I haven't got 'em yet but will later on in the game.

so, all in all, it seems rather enjoyable and fun to play as the orginal.

(and no, defmatrix I'm not even using an stragety guide on this game...Metrod Prime 2 just seems easier and less complicated somehow than the first one was so I don't have any trouble...yet.)

so dawgs n' bebes, if you love gamecube and if you dont own Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2, then you totally suck! get 'em already!

I've already ownz two metroids gamecube.. Metorids prime echoes.. Love it..

I've got the game as well. I just haven't had the time to play it. Hopefully, I'll find time to play it during Spring Break.

In dark world, it give me hell nervous when I play. That's give a good feel than play on Resident Evil.

Challenging game, much harder than the first Metroid Prime. Game is fun, but you definitely feel like you could die at any time in the dark world.

The second-to-last boss in the game is beyond hard to beat. Once you beat him, beating the last boss is a piece of cake. It's just that when I get to that second to last boss, I feel like I want to stop playing because I have to keep playing him over and over again to get past him.

The other bosses are FUN. They can be hard and challenging, but at least the game doesn't always kill you and make you start over miles away and fight your way back to the boss, making sure you're back at full health when you meet him.

The best boss was the huge boss blocking the sonic cannon. THAT was a fun boss to fight.

...and the alien solider kissed samus' ass goodbye when he stabbed her though with the engery sword.
