Meeting people in Thailand

I'm currently vacationing in Thailand till 20 August. I am curious, does anyone know how to meet other deaf people here?

I was looking for something more along the lines of, "theres a deaf club on so-and-so road near so-and-so-city." Perhaps I should have asked where not how.

Nevertheless it does not matter, I am back home in the states.
