In Russia, USSR has been changed to " Commonwealth of Independence State " ( CIS ) now. CIS was formed by the leaders of Russia, Ukaraine, and Belarus ( formerly Byelorussia ) in Minsk on December 8, 1991.

Yeah, dudette, here is little off-topic -- Millions people of russia who come and live this freedom country, I never see any russian people screaming " USA stolen their land from them: (they acknoweldged they sold it to USA unlike mexican people does compliants about some states belong to them who refuse acknowlesged theyy sold states to US which wasnt stolen) " --

very interesting hear again, i didnt ever directly insult anyone, yours included, were all directed at me, i never retort to personal insults , i am big enough to know there are other opinions out there who won't agree with mine, but then I respect them, thats what you lot are supposed to preach, "freedom of speech" yet try to put that in practice with an american and all of a sudden you are anti american:roll: very very shallow.

ps i have a few good friends from the US, whom I love, just because i hate some of your countries policies doesnt mean i dont like the people. i hate english policies, yet 3 of my best friends are english.seems like the few insulters amongst you dont share that view

exactly - You're Anti-American. Anti-American doesn't necessarily mean you hate American people. Mind you - when you describe people as English... that means they're British so I'm assuming you meant your 3 best friends are American. And I suppose the only way they're your best friend is if they are Domestic Dissents. :mad2:
